Office Manager
Welcome to our practice! I am the friendly face at the front desk. I love to find ways to help people smile and that includes building confidence to share their smile! I am happy to answer your questions, plan for appointments, help resolve concerns and make your visits positive. It is important to me that each of you enjoy a feeling of ease and confidence in our office. I have been with Dr. Wappett's office since he started his practice in August 2010. In 2018, I decided to stay home to support my 4 children. When my youngest gratuated from Lathrop in 2021, Dr. Wappett welcomed me back after a three year break. It has truly been a wonderful transition. I missed our patients and team who feel like family and friends. Fulfilling is the work of helping others and I am proud to be a part of such an amazing team. I appreciate how cheerful the environment is here. Our staff is very warm, inviting, and work extremely well together as individuals and collectively to provide the best service and attentive care for you. Simply said, everyone is important here!

Insurance and Billing Specialist
I'm your friendly neighborhood insurance and billing specialist! I began working with Dr. Wappett in March of 2021, and enjoy working with you on the financial aspects of your dental needs. I am here to assist you through explaining and discussing your insurance benefits, making payments, and processing dental claims. I enjoy the positive work environment, interacting with everyone's friendly smiles, and, of course, the numbers! I grew up in the Air Force, and my dad was stationed at Eielson AFB when I was in high school. After graduating with a degree in Accounting from Humboldt State University in California, I moved back to Alaska and connected with my now husband, who was actually my senior prom date in 2009! On my days off, I enjoy spending time with my husband and our 2 beautiful children, baking, camping, and reading. In the summer, you'll most likely find me on my back porch enjoying the sunny weather and roasting marshmallows in our firepit.

You will find me at the front desk with a warm greeting when you arrive, answering your questions and calls and helping you check out at the end of your appointment. I love interacting with our patients and working with the staff here each day, because everyone is so wonderful, patient, kind and helpful.
I am a married mother of four children and one dog. We have lived in North Pole since 2004. My husband and I are originally from a small town called Dunlap in central California. We came up to visit my husband’s family here in Fairbanks and have been here ever since! We love it here and I believe this is the best place to raise children. I love to help people, make new friends, and I can’t wait to meet you.

Our team is full of diverse and enjoyable personalities. Everyone works as hard as they can to create an organized, enjoyable and welcoming workplace. When I'm not at work I love being outdoors, especially in the summer. I like almost any type of sport but my favorite, by far, is volleyball. In my spare time I enjoy playing piano, drawing and painting.

I have worked in dentistry since 2006 and have practiced in numerous fields. I joined the Army in 2013 where I met my husband. With his active-duty commitment, the Army has brought us to Alaska for the second time. We enjoy being outdoors hiking, fishing and camping with our daughter and dogs.
